Les 400 Coups

For Thierry's birthday we ate at an amazing restaurant in the Old Port called Les 400 Coups. It was a little fancy-smanchy but one of the best meals I've had in my entire fucking life. No lie! I ate a tartare de boeuf as an entrée, Halibut from Pacific for the main meal, and for dessert a Pot-de-Crème au Chocolat with caramel and sea salt. Talk about mouth watering, lick you plate until it's clean kind of meal. I'm still daydreaming about this fabulous foodie experience.
