In a way I'm really proud to have an arab women portrayed in the media without having a negative reference to islam or 9/11. But yet again, she's only been crowned for 4 days now. I'm expecting some outlash within the next weeks are so.
And then it hit me. The President is black and Miss USA is arab. I don't know how many culture shocks american's get have in one decade.
