Sweat

What do you do to lose those extra pounds of insulation around your belly, thighs and behind that you happened to gain during winter? I know, you hit the gym. But if you're anything like me you hate, dread, loathe and vomit in your mouth just thinking about running in place. So my gurda's and I have joined Urban Body, on St-Denis. Not only do we sweat but we also get to dance like Ciara. And I love it!
