Soupe and Noodles

Chez Tau Bay is one of Thierry's favourite restaurants. The food there is not just good, it's freaking great! Thierry goes there religiously to have his soup, the Pho Tai. I always end up getting the grilled chicken with noodles, I love the sweet and sour taste to the meat and that amazing sauce that I drizzle over my entire dish.. Mmmmmm. My mouth is watering just about now. And lets not forget the imperial rolls! Oh lordy, lordy!
