Beef Curry

I love Indian food. If I could eat curry and naan bread every day I would. This is a recipe that I tried and was pretty successful at because it's dee-licious.

What you'll need:
2 lbs of beef, in cubes
1 cup of flour
1 tbs ground coriander
2 tbs of canola oil

1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbs of grated ginger
1 tbs cumin
1 tsp of hot pepper flakes
1 tbs of garam masala
1 tbs of curry paste
1 can tomato paste

1 28oz can Crushed tomatoes
Salt and Pepper, to taste

1. Mix the flour and ground coriander in a bowl and toss the beef and coat well with the flour mixture.
2. In a large pot, heat the oil. Working in batches, brown the beef and set aside in a bowl. In the same pot add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cumin, hot pepper flakes, garam masala and the curry paste and cook for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and 2 cups of water and let simmer for 2 hours.

Serve with white rice or naan bread.

Bon appétit!
