Industrial Chic

I would love to live in a loft. I want exposed brick, concrete ceilings and/or floors, water pipes running hanging over our heads, massive concrete beams and a building that has history and a story to tell.  I want it to look uber chic even with all the industrial elements. I guess it's a design dream of mine to make it happen, to say that I made an industrial space into a chic home.
